It's been a week since I posted; this has been a good week. David has his 'sightings' off and on during the day, ..... he sees the strangest things, but thankfully the 'sightings' don't upset him. It's almost like he has Alzheimer's eyes. Today was day #35 of taking Axona, the food suplement that the neurologist prescribed for him ...... I'm hoping and wondering if this is helping..... other than the 'sightings'... his personality and disposition are wonderful.....
I had a procedure done at the hospital this week, and I left David and Casey at home alone for several hours, and they were fine....and I say, "thank you God that I can be away from home for several hours."
Yesterday we went to Olive Garden, and our time together in a familiar restaurant was like day and night from last week, ....... familiar is best.
Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and I feel thankful for so many wonderful blessings in our life. Our family will be together, 15 all together, and we'll be meeting our newest granddaughter 'in person' for the first time........(we'll miss # 1 granddaugher, but we'll see her in a week or two)......... what more could we ask for. When David has his fill of noise and confusion, he will go outside or in a room by himself......, and I'm thankful for that.
One day.... one hour..... one minute... at a time!
And I say, "thank you God for a good week."

Praise and thanks! Glad you have had a good week. Familar is the best I agree. Makes time go go much smoother. Hope your health is good and your procedure went well.
God bless you and thanks for the positive thoughts you exude. ((( u )))
Glad to hear you are able to get out alone for a little bit.
My mother's 'sightings' were usually very sweet ... small animals, her little doggies, she would tell me they wanted up on her lap, but there were also times she was terrified by 'big men' who were after her. It was always so hard to calm her after one of those ..... enjoy your precious family members.
So glad you had a good week. I hope you are ok. David is doing so good . Must be your wonderful care. I would stick with Olive Garden. Can't go wrong there. God bless and have fun with the family.
Your mosaic is beautiful!!
I'm glad David had a good week and hope he's feeling better today.
I'm excited for both of you that you get to meet your newest grand daughter! And what a blessing to have such a huge and loving family around you!
I love you!

I am so happy that it was a good week! Thank you Jesus~ It sounds like you have a wonderful Thanksgiving planned. I pray that your dinner and company goes off without a hitch. Hope and pray all went well at the hospital and that it is nothing serious.
Be Blessed,
