The Schwerdt's at our favorite Chinese Restaurant
Father and son
David (Pope) and Andrew playing army menIt's Thursday evening, and Jeff and Kathie should be in the air right now, on an 18 hour flight to South Africa. I took the three boys, ages - 16, 13 1/2, and 9 to school this morning ... arriving on time...YEA! I picked them up from school on time too......YEA!!! Anyone who knows me would know this is not a 'shocker'............ being on time is important to me!
We had meat loaf, potatoes, rolls and salad for dinner tonight.... with chocolate cookies. The boys gave me rave reviews and made me feel absolutely wonderful!!!
I'm hoping and praying the change in our schedule won't be too much of a challenge for David. Change is hard for anyone with Alzheimer's, so the three boys definitely adds a new flavor to our everyday rountine. The good news is:........ David is doing abolutely WONDERFUL!
And I say, "thank you God for grandson's......and........ that David is STILL doing GREAT!"
