***HAPPY '4th' Birthday to our Casey!***

This precious little girl came into our lives when we needed her most.
She stands by David's side when he's feeling sad or depressed.
She supervises when he sweeps the patio.
She's by his side when he's happy.
She gives him a job to do;  she likes for him to feed her.
She likes for him to give her a hand-full of salt water from the pool.
She relaxes during David's morning coffee.
She keeps him busy;  he watches her every move.
She takes him for a morning and afternoon walk.
She sleeps beside him at the end of a long day...(not sure where I'm going to sleep).
What a blessing that God  made these precious  companions for us humans......
I thank God for David and this precious little dog!

Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.

Pets are a blessing. I'm so glad that Casey came along at just the right time for it certainly looks as if she is a big help to David and he to her. A love fest! Really? Where are you going to sleep? ☺

Happy Birthday Casey! Being a big big pet lover I understand what she means to you and especially to David. I have my 3 dachshunds and don't know what I would do without them.

Delores, I had some sad news this week! My dad was evaluated for Dementia (AD) we don't know much yet. He scored 17 out of 30 on the test. I just hope my mom follows through with the rest of the evaluation. It has been such a long haul (3 years) to get her to maybe recognize he has a problem. Pray for us please. I am in Washington State and they are in Texas. Sorry to bring this up on Casey's birthday post. God bless you all.

Our new dog is, like our previous dog, the best THERAPY we've ever had. :D

Note, I did not say the CHEAPEST therapy we have ever had. lol

The photos are a precious testimony to the love between a man and his faithful companion. XO

Casey is so pretty and her stance by David seems to show the world she is there for him, always. I had to laugh when I saw her on the pillow next to David and even before I read your words I asked myself where you were going to sleep!

Casey is a dog to be treasured among dogs, as she is treasured by you and David.

Happy birthday Casey.
