It was a cold and rainy night on December 20th, 1963 when the miracle of birth happened. We were gifted with the best Christmas present a couple could receive.
A healthy baby boy! Look at the pride on David's face as he looks at his son.
I'm so thankful for pictures and sweet memories of times past.
We were blessed with a son who was healthy, smart, a hard worker, a big heart and never gave us any trouble.
He survived not getting choked on one of these rubber grapes.
He also survived running with a glass Coke bottle. No, I didn't give him Coke to drink, the cap is on the bottle....
Oh, how he loved to play dress up....
This is not the way he wanted to dress up! He's always been a jeans and T shirt kind of guy.

Your whole family is just pretty! I know David is proud of his son and he was a wonderful example when your kids were growing up. They won't forget that! David's memory is fading, but the memory of his life, his accomplishments and his influence will continue through your children and grandchildren. What an inheritance!

Your son and David look so much alike and from what you say, they must be alike a lot of ways, not just looks. I hope his birthday was a great one. Aren't we lucky, Dolores, to have such good sons?
